We will maximize the quality and quantity of photographs and video to make your home stand out in the marketplace. Since Open Houses bring buyers, we will hold your home open as frequently as possible. Your home will be advertised in the “Open House” section of our weekly newspaper display ad and online ColoradoHomes.com. We will communicate on a regular basis regarding the activity in your market. We will discuss the homes with which we are competing, the homes newly listed and the homes which have recently sold. This will keep our finger on the pulse of the market in your area and help us determine how your property is positioned compared to the competition. Periodically, changes need to be made to gain a competitive edge. I will contact every Realtor promptly who has shown your home to request feedback. We will then discuss the feedback received. This will help us make strategic adjustments to enhance your home’s salability.
