A custom photo brochure will be made and placed in your home. Your home will be prominently exposed to all residents in the surrounding neighborhoods by way of professionally developed print advertising. In some cases, we promote awareness in person on a door-to-door basis. In addition, brochures will be sent to Realtors who are likely to have a buyer for your home. Your home will be listed in the MLS. All highlights and details pertaining to your home will be presented accurately. All pictures will be managed and updated as needed. Your home will be listed using the most commonly employed search criteria used by Realtors. A creative story will be written to attract Realtors and Buyers. Your home will be presented to our Coldwell Banker sales team. This will expose your home to the buyers represented by more than 250 Realtors in our DTC office.
